CaribbeanQ started in January 2023 with a simple mission: bringing bold Caribbean flavor and comforting BBQ together in a way that feels like home. What began as one truck has grown into a journey of community, flavor, and connection.
When a fire forced us to pause, our family, friends, and supporters stood beside us and helped rebuild piece by piece. Their encouragement reminded us that CaribbeanQ is about more than food. It is about resilience, community, and the people who make it possible.
Today, CaribbeanQ continues to serve Caribbean BBQ throughout Southwest Florida at festivals, private events, catering experiences, and community gatherings. From smoky jerk chicken and rich oxtails to comforting island sides and handcrafted desserts, every plate reflects the flavors and hospitality we love sharing.
Every event gets care in the details: clear communication, practical menu planning, setup when needed, and service that helps guests feel welcomed. We look forward to continuing that journey with every guest we meet.
Community & Service
Food is one way we care for our neighbors.
Alongside catering and food truck events, CaribbeanQ partners with Living Word Ministries to help provide meals for people experiencing homelessness in our community.
We have also supported fundraising efforts for 2 Girls and a Bible. We share this with gratitude, not for applause, but because we are not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our hope is that any good work points beyond us and gives glory to our Father in heaven.
